Pudu Zhen Palace was initially built at the reign of Guangxu 24 year at the Qing Dynasty. It was constructed by the initiation of Luo Fuyou, Taoist priest Wu Jinquan, charitable Liang Qizhen, Huang Rizhang, Chen Jueyu for the North Sea gathering to the compatriots from Hong Kong and Macao.

The main buildings are composed by Zhongtian Palace, Golden-mother Palace and the earth-mother palace. It consecrates the image of Buddha and was an integrated ancient temple of Buddha collection centre, Taoist and Confucian. The existing two palaces have almost the same structure.

The main hall comprised of ear rooms on both sides. In the palace, there is also the distinction between the Ming room and the two side rooms. The hard summit goes against the keel to form colored glaze of double dragons playing with pearl. In the palace, the keel has decorative carvings of flowers, plants and birds. Murals hung against the front wall on the porch.
