Named for its seven hills whose configuration is said to resemble the Big Dipper, this extremely popular park's most famous attraction is the gargantuanQixing Yan (Seven Star Cave),which requires about 40 minutes to tour and is full of brightly lit, bizarrely shaped rock outcroppings. Exiting the cave puts you in the vicinity of the aptly namedLuotuo Shan (Camel Hill). In the south of the park is the Crescent Moon Peak with itsLongyin Dong (Dragon Darkness Cave)andGuihai Beilin (Forest of Stelae),which has thousands of stone tablet inscriptions from the last 1,600 years. There's plenty of room for some pleasant strolls away from the crowds.
