Nine mountain streams form nine Dragon Lake, looking like nine dragons flying to the sky in the distance. Hence the name. "A 10-li painted corridor is formed by a vast expanse of forests and a green lake". The Hakkas live by Nine Dragon Lake at the foot of Phoenix Hill. The Hakka Folk Customs and Culture Tour consists of a visit to the Hakka houses, listening to their songs in antiphonal style and viewing their ancient and simple wedding ceremony.
