Hongshan Forest Park [Chaozhou]

Covering an area of 5,968 mu, the project is located in Hongshan Forest Park of Chaozhou Tourist Resort . It is expected to develop a comprehensive tourist attraction which includes a fruit garden with an area of 1,050 mu, plants-surrounded man-made lake of about 110 mu and various flats and villas with a floor space of 193 mu.

Cooperation form: Equity joint venture, contractual joint venture.

Intended duration of cooperation: 60 years

Total Investment: USD 10 million

Chinese contribution: The land and the infrastructures are evaluated at USD 3.5 million

Foreign contribution: USD 6.5 million

Estimated time for reimbursement: 8 years

Project site: Hongshan Forest Park of Chaozhou Tourist Resort.

Infrastructure conditions: Adequate water & power supplies, convenient transportation & telecommunication systems.
