Phoenix stage [Chaozhou]

Suffering from strikes of floods and strong waves, the relic of phoenix stage has been reconstructed more than one time. And now it is far from its original appearance, but still attractive.

Phoenix stage is the main construction of ChaoZhou Phoenix Park. It has three layers of bases, seven feet high of the bottom one, eight feet of the other two respectively. On top of these bases is a seven-foot 'house', supported by eight eaves pillars and twelve door pillars. This 'house' consists of three pavilions with classical eaves, bricks, tiles and other elegant decorations.

'Phoenix rain' is one of the eight famous views in Chaozhou. When summer comes, lots of people come to admire the beautiful surroundings in the rain on this phoenix stage.

Location: north of Laowa zhou, south suburb of Chouzhou city
