Located in Xianlie Road East, it was initially constructed in 1933, on the fund donated by overseas Chinese to commemorate those military officials and soldiers of the 19th route army of the National People's Revolutionary Force who lost their lives in the Songhu war against Japanese invaders on January 28 of 1932.
