Located in Zhongshan Road No.4 Section, it used to be the site of Panyu Study Hall. The institute had held a total of 6 study sessions launched during the period of cooperation between the Chinese Communist Party and Kuomintang. These sessions were presided over by Peng Bai and Mao Zedong in succession while Xiao Chun and Zhou En-lai served as tutors.
