Temple of South Sea God [Guangzhou]

It was built in 594, a base of China's foreign trade by sea, and a starting point of Guangzhou's ancient "silk road on the sea". It is said that a foreign tributary came to Guangzhou with two jackfruit saplings, and planted in front of the temple, so the temple is also called "Boluo" temple. Its temple fair was the largest folk fair at Guangzhou. People say when you visit the temple today, you will marry a wife tomorrow.
