Anguo temple [Sanmenxia]

Anguo Temple, locally called Bei Si, was first constructed in the first year of Kaiyuan Era of Tang Dynasty (713). The original temple was broad in scale and its cornices pecked each other. In ancient years, there are eight famous views.500- hundred- arhat Hall of Anguo Temple had been adopted in constructing the Chengde Summer Resort of Hebei Province, in the 39 th year under the reign of Qianrong Emperor of Qing Dynasty. According to historical records, it is said that Emperor Li Chen, also called Tang Xuanzong, became a monk in this temple with the monastic name ※Qiong Jun§. There are still three Buddhist sutra stone pillars of Tang Dynasty remained, which attracting endless stream of pilgrims.
