Qiansi Cave Scenic Spot [Lishui]

Qiansi Cave Scenic Spot is a national 2A level tourist zone, which is located in southeast of Qingtian County and connected to Tianyu Village of China, Golden Chook Mountain and Strange Cloud Mountain. The scenic area includes Qiansi Pond, Heaven Ladder, Heaven Gate, Arhat Cliff, Tranquil Garden, Yin and Yang Bed, Fog Stone, Fog Cave, Qiansi Bridge and Qiansi Temple, etc. 20 landscapes.

The fall of Qiansi Waterfall is about 28 meters and the up of it is narrow and the down is wide, when striking the rocks it forms countless ties therefore it is called “Qiansi Waterfall”, the water of waterfalls cascading down overwhelmingly form Qiansi Pond which covers an area of 200 square meters and the water quality reach the standard of national first level. The east of Qiansi Waterfall is Tianmen Ridge, Arhat Cliff, and Heaven Gate composed by Heaven Ladder and Heaven Gate, Heaven Gate is narrow just for a person passing. There are statues of the eighteen disciples of Buddha erecting in the middle of Arhat Cliff, which are carved by maestro of Lin Yaoguang using granite. There is Fengmen Mountain in the distance of 500 meters to the east, which is the home of “Fengmenqing” which is one of the three stones of carving in China. The strange mountain, stone, water and the carving art of people mingle with the natural scenery.
