The park is situated on top of Mt.Xiaoyushan on the bank of the HuiquanBay.On the peak of the hill,two pavilions have been constructedoverlooking the beaches.

The television tower with a revovling top floor is located in thecenter of the park.Visitors can view the coastal scenery and visit theexhibiton of human communication history.
