Geyi Art Gallery [Nantong]

Geyi Art Gallery, situated at the side of Wenfeng Tower, Wenfeng Road, Nantong, is a calligraphy and paintings art gallery completed in 1989 by the Government of Nantong City to carry forward Chinese calligraphy and painting art and artistic achievement of Wang Geyi—a painter of Nantong.

Geyi Art Gallery has two exhibition halls, the exhibition hall on the first floor shows the photos of achievement of Wang Geyi all his life in the ordinary days, apart from this, it also shows more than ten themes each year; the second floor is Wang Geyi Art Exhibition Room, showing authentic calligraphy and painting works of Wang Geyi, partial works of disciples of Geyi. This gallery collects over 200 calligraphy and paintings of Geyi and collected calligraphy and painting of celebrities donated to the Government of Nantong City by Wang Geyi according to dying wish of Wang Geyi.
