Taishan Temple [Yancheng]

Intro：
Taishan Temple also known as Huguo Monastery is a 2 star national scenic spot located in Xixi Scenic area of Dongtai City, adjacent to Haichun House and built in Southern Song Dynasty with a history of 800 years.

Jingang Temple, Yufo Temple, Daxiong Temple, Dongyue Temple, Bixia Palace, Four Famous Mountain, Fanyun Hall, Drum Tower, Kwan-yin Palace are in the temple. 'Wuyutang' was the name given by Emperor Qianlong of Qing Dynasty and 'Suisuiping’an' by Emperor Cixi. 'Traveling in Bixia Palace' is a poetry anthology left by Fan Zhongyan of Song Dynasty via ink marks, scroll wrote by Liuyong himself, etc. are precious collections in the temple. Ancient knife of Han Dynasty, pictures of Tang Dynasty, ancient stone lion and mountain gate and other culture relics are collected there. It is one of the most important temples protected by Jinagsu Province, and announced as the famous temple of Jiangsu Province by Chinese Buddhism Association.
