Hanxin is an outstanding strategist in the end of Han Dynasty. He assisted Liubang and gained the world as well as created Han Dynasty. He has been called as King. He is referred to as "Han-Three Outstanding Heroes" with Xiaohe and Zhangliang and was killed by Empress Lu.

Hanxin was born in Hanwang Village, 8 kilometers west to Guhuaiyin County. In his youth, he lived in Huaiyin Guchengguan Lane, now it is the address of Huaiyin Matou People’s Hospital. It is said that originally there was a towergate in the Guan Lane, and in front of the door are four characters 'Hanhou Former Residence'. West to the Lane is Zhangfu River while to East of the Lane is stele "Guchu Huaiyin" which had been moved to the gate of Huai’an Fu by trouble maker. Hanxin fishing stage namely is the place where Hanxin fished when he was youth. The old story "Piaomu Fanxin' happened here. On the site of the fishing stage is the "Ancient Hanxin Fishing Place,' steles and stones with a few hundred years for visitors to watch.

Features:
It is located about 200 meters east to Zhenhuai Tower, Chuzhou District. Facing to the south, it is about 23 meters wide from east to west and 130 meters from north to south. It has niche in the palace in which Hanxin’s statue sits in it.
