Shanghai Sheshan national holiday resort is the only centralized area with rock exposures in Shanghai. There are seven quarries with downward excavation of stones. The remaining mining pits cover an area of 14×10^4m^2, creating great impact on environment. Countermeasures and comprehensive utilization of these quarries are put forward in combination with the general programming of the holiday resort. A feasible project of water infusion into these quarres is a synthetically benefical plan.
