Fuxing Park [Shanghai]

Located in the Luwan District two blocks south of HuaiHai Zhong Lu, just north of Fuxing Zhong Lu, west of Yandang Lu and short walk from Line 1's Huangpi Nan Lu metro stop, this park features many trees, flowers and grassy areas that makes it seem all the more serene contrasted against the busy shopping always going on nearby.

This park features a somewhat old-looking but functional and enjoyable childrens' play area that has slides, swings, amusement rides and arts & crafts tables. Adults will like the tree-covered walkways and nicely-manicured lawns (unfortunately, most are only for looking at here).

Although the park is closed at night, nearby Park 97 and the Party World Karaoke places mean that you'll likely run into crowds of party-goers around this area in the evenings, particularly on weekends.

Fuxing Park is can be entered from 105 Yandang Lu, or the northwest corner of Chongqing Lu and Fuxing Lu and open daily from 0600 to sunset.
