Located in the south of Beijing, it has become an important market for old books, traditional Chinese paintings, stamps, ancient currency and antiques.

Baoguo Temple is the famous temple in Beijing, which situated in Guanganmen Nei North Dajie Road of Xuanwu District. It original name is 'Da Baoguo Ciren Temple', built in the second year of Chenghua, Ming Dynasty(A.D. 1466 year). Now it still has the monument of the second year of Chenghua, Ming Dynasty. There was temple fair every Lunar month in the early Qing Dynasty. there were flowers market and books market, which is earlier than the bookstore in Liulichang street. Gu tinglin temple was repaired in 1922, with Xu Shichang’inscription embedded on it. In recent years, the Beijing municipal government has repaired the Baoguo Temple. Now, it becomes a key cultural protected unit in Beijing. There are stamp and coin market inside the temple.
