What are the differences between Luopan hotel search engine and other reservation websites?

Luopan hotel search engine is the most advanced vertical travel search reservation engine in China at present. Different from other reservation websites, Luopan technologically links together various hotels’ online reservation systems and is opened to users in the form of search engine by which the users can find the real time internet rates and room availabilities. Meanwhile, the hotels can get the real-time order from users and send real-time confirmation to them.

Is the hotel room data searched by Luopan hotel search engine real-time?

Up to now, Luopan has made real-time links to thousands of on-line reservation systems of domestic hotels and the number is in fast increasing. You can check the real-time rates and make real-time reservations through Luopan hotel search engine. For your convenience to get much more data about hotels, Luopan gathers the basic information of over 4000 domestic hotels with a higher reservation ratio. But these hotels have no real-time on-line reservation systems or are not linked to Luopan, so the confirmation of reservation from them depends on their responding speed. For hotels which have no room rates in search engine, you can try the bidding function of search engine. You are suggested to make real-time reservations (in the search results list, you can tell from the two icons beside hotel’s star rating that if it can be reserved in real-time). If these hotels with real-time reservation can not meet your requirements, you can reserve those hotels without real-time reservation or make the bidding. Luopan’ staff will contact those hotels to confirm your reservation as soon as possible. You may as well suggest them to cooperate with Luopan when you check in.

What is the meaning of the two icons Real_timeWebsitebeside hotel’s name in search results list?

The icon Website means this hotel’s website is the partner site of Luopan and your final reservation will be completed in that website linking to Luopan search engine which brings you convenience and satisfaction!    Another icon Real_time means this hotel’s internet reservation data is real-time and maintained by itself. You will get real-time confirmation through E-mail and short message in a few minutes once you make reservation.

How to modify or cancel my order if my journey changes?

There are many approaches to cancel or modify your order. 1. There is a URL in the confirmation Email for order management. Click it and manage your order in that window. 2. If you are already Luopan’s member, please login our website and find “My Orders” on the left of users’ background. Click it and manage all orders you have made in Luopan hotel search engine. 3. Click "Order Search" and enter your order number, mobile phone number and Email, and then click the “search” button to enter the page of reservation management. 4. If your reservation is completed in the hotel’s own website, you can find out your order and modify it in the hotel’s home page by clicking "Order Search". 5. If you still have difficulties, please dial our service hotline to get help.

How can I know the room rate package, like breakfast?

Put your mouse on the rate when you browse the hotel price list, and you can find all the services the room rate includes from a prompt box pops up.

Why can’t I extend my stay online?

Due to the real-time data, you only can shorten your stay in that hotel in Luopan’s system. If early-arrival and late-departure are needed, please make another reservation and decide whether to cancel the previous one or not. Sometimes the new reservation may fail for no vacancies of hotel’s rooms.

Why can’t I see my loyalty points in personal information after I made successful registration and reservation?

All the points will finally be added with your successful check-in into that hotel and the official approval from the hotels’ reservation system which will check your actual arrival. If the number of your loyalty points remains the same after your successful check-in, please call the hotel directly for checking your arrival and adding your points. Or you can call Luopan service hotline to help you to contact hotels.

What is the benefit of being a Luopan’s registered member?

As a registered member, you have the opportunity to enjoy generous loyalty points for reservation and special services provided by Luopan’s system.

What can you do with Luopan’s loyalty points?

The points can be used to reserve all hotels in Luopan’ system and to redeem the gifts provided by Luopan or as the guarantee of taking part in Luopan’s other activities.

What kind of confirmation will I receive after I finish my reservation?

If you make a real-time reservation, the system will automatically send a confirmation Email to the mail address you left and a confirmation short message to your mobile phone (only for China Mobile and China Unicom numbers; numbers from abroad are temporarily not supported). Please check your email address if you haven’t received the confirmation email within five minutes. If it is correct, it may be your mail server refuses to receive the mail. In that case, please contact Luopan’s service staff at once. If you have not received the short message within five minutes, it usually might be the delay of the operation platform and sometimes the short message may be delayed for several hours. Please wait patiently.
