1. The room charge includes service charge and related charge of local government;
2. Checking-out time is 12:00 Am. Charge additional half-day room rate if checking out after 12:00 and charge additional one-day room rate if checking out after 18:00;
3. There is no additional charge on the child under 12 years old living with his parents with no bed adding while we shall fully charge the child above 12 years old as adult;
4. Group room charge can be negotiated;
5. The charge will be negotiated additionally during holidays such as May Day, National Day and Spring Festival;
6. Adjustment of the discounts above will not be informed additionally.
