• White Swan Convention Center : It is a superb function room for holding international conference, meetings, erformances, cocktail receptions and exhibitions. The simultaneous interpretation equipment there is the best in Guangzhou which have come straight from the space age. It provides buffet morning tea on every Saturday and Sunday. • Business Center Meeting Room : There are two meeting rooms available in the Business Center. The one covering 30 square meters can accommodate 12 to 14 persons, the other of 50 square meters can accommodate 14 to 16 persons. Cancellation Policy:
All bookings made for Canton Trade Fair has to be guaranteed. Should any guest cancel a booking 14 days before actual arrival, White Swan Hotel will not charge any cancellation penalty. On the other hand, cancellation done within 14 days before actual arrival will subjected to a one-night charge.
