Then the hotels will decide whether to accept the bidding according to their own situation. Luopan will give the user a real-time notice for a successful reservation once a hotel accepts the bidding.

Generally speaking, if there are still some vacancies when the check-in day approaches, the hotels will take some temporary promotions. From another aspect, due to the ferocious competitions among hotels in some hotel-dense areas, there is great possibility for some hotels at a disadvantage to accept the lower price. In this case, with the good relationship with hotels and communication channels, Luopan will possibly help the users to make a reservation with a lowest price which can’t be got in other websites or through other channels.

To ensure the seriousness of the bidding, anyone who makes his bidding should pay the first-day room rate online (on the price he bids; the rate will be counted as 50 CNY if it is lower than 50 CNY) which is treated as the guarantee. If a hotel which meets the user’s requirements accepts his bidding but he refuses to check in, the first- day room rate is nonrefundable. If no hotels accept the users’ bidding, the room rate will be refunded to him after the bidding becomes invalid. When the deal is done, the user should pay the remaining day room rates to the hotel when he checks in.
